the queen’s favorite breakfast combo is very humble and simple: cereal, yogurt, toast, and marmalade plus a cup of earl grey. my all-time favorite is mixed cereal of oats, bran, corn flakes, raisins, dried cranberries, almond slices, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds plus oat milk.

Lemon water 1st thing in the morning is equally good as Apple Cider Vinegar with water.
Squeeze out all the lemon juice from quarter of a lemon onto a large glass of room temperature water n drink it. Wait for 10-15mins before having your breakfast.
