This Ah Beng sat on two priority seats with his legs up and was talking so loudly that STOMPer Angeline could hear him even though she was listening to her MP3 player.
The STOMPer added that the Ah Beng was shouting across the train to his friends in a mixture of Mandarin and Hokkien, who were also behaving unruly.
In an MMS which was sent to STOMP this morning (Dec 19), the 16-year-old student wrote:
“This was taken yesterday at 10.45pm on the train heading from Orchard to Dhoby Ghaut.
“This Ah Beng, along with his other two friends, were sitting like this on the train and depriving the other commuters the seat.
“Not only that, they were behaving unruly and talking at the top of their voices. It was so loud that I can hear their conversation even though I was listening to my mp3 player.”
“They should really stop acting like ‘tua pek gong’!” the STOMPer quipped.
