Why would you want to keep this site for? Other than the above mentioned.

4. Keeping this site attract legal eagles to hit you with lawsuits that may put you in jail for felony charges or other unkown offences/ charges in the future.

5. Since not make enough money, and you said worth nothing, what is it that keep you going?

A. Take revenge?

No site is 100% secure but if the site is hacked I have a backup on a separate server so I can restore it.
