Blood pressure at 120/80.......

chronic... .. that's why i have to go so often

Oh ya i forgot, dental also.

My dentist is in private practise, not hospital. Dunno why his assistant nurse suddenly wore like this during my visit last week. Can see the meat of her bums.

Wah, now i got one more problem added to my list.

But really, there are really many beautiful kind-hearted local n malaysian girls in hospital who dun mind handle fussy Singaporeans, doing dangerous work, changing adult diapers in the hospital.

If all these kind nurses put on some office-wear and they are just like the next wealth management RMs.

RUN salutes the kind souls in hospital. No wonder everyone of them looks so beautiful.

you are not only a mangina, you are sex - deprived too.

liver.... too much beer
eye..... too much sugar
dun look good, my fren :( :(

Just chat for fun.

Liver not really because of drinking, although i do drink.
Liver is because of my diet n not exercising. Fatty liver.
Then if you have fatty liver, u have to be mild on cholesterol medications because they are not good for livers.
It is a vicious cycle.

For eye, got 2 bad things
- if u work outdoor and get exposed to too much UV, it is very bad for your eyes
- if your blood pressure n sugar is high, the pipes in your eyes will leak and you got to undergo painful jabs or procedures.

Nice ass, suits doggie and more. :p

But wait ... if frontal view fail, back to starting point (or zero)

Not sure if cutting down on coffee helps on the bp. Any suggestion......

Caffeine can increase heart rate and thus BP slightly. So cutting down on coffee helps.

Basically blood pressure control requires 3 steps:

1. Diet – cut down on salt and oil
2. Exercise – brisk walk 50 min 3x a week
3. Weight loss

everytime i visit sg i bring packs of omeprazole and give a pack each of 14 tablets to family and relatives. they don't know about such powerful generic off-the-shelf medication even with sg doctors in the family. my brother who's a doc in sg keeps saying it's stress-related. (sinkie general practioners are quite clueless about how to treat acid reflux, gerd and h. pylori.) anyway, depending on condition and years of suffering (some of the elder pioneer generation "tong" for years without telling anyone) you may need more than 14 days of continuous daily medication. but the most important is to help your body overcome the insurmountable initially and then let it heal on its own, sometimes by building immunity, with proper dieting and change of eating, drinking and exercise regimen and habits. good luck!

Yes, I guess, weight also plays a part to bring down BP. With height at 171cm and weight at 72kg. Understand it is slightly on the high side of being over weight.
Just had a light lunch of porridge with fresh veg (stir fried), eggs, home cook. Very nice feeling when taking the porridge. Going to continue with it and keep way from spicy food too.

Must try to bring down the weight to more acceptable level, say 65kg, within 3 months, with exercise, maybe swimmimng and jogging, though after doing it, the knees would feel painful.

While have done brisk walking, finds that it does not break down into sweat and the kick of breathing deeply, unlike jogging.
Have tried taking those Glucosamaine for joint health, but don't seem to help.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

You've got good genes.

Not too sure about that, though my BP is around 110/70, my resting heart rate when measured is always high, like some 70-75 beats per minute. Perspire easily too :p:p:p

you're 5'7" + a little over weight, ...that's why i say your bp @ 120/80 isn't normal...

also the extra kilos can sometimes act as a buffer.... in case (touch wood)...one can easily lose 7-8 kg
with 1-2 weeks once he/she happens to lay the ops table.. u know :D

Lack of cardiovascular fitness. I run twice a week and work out in the gym twice a week. Resting heart rate 52/min.

they don't know or they don't bother is because omeprazole is a prescription drug in SG, not off-the-shelf nor over-the-counter.
