This is his account of the incident, make no sense at all, he fxxk her, they went to sleep, she go and wash herself, he wore up and think there is an intruder in his bathroom?

Prosecutor Gerrie Nel told the court that in the early hours of the morning of 14 February, Mr Pistorius - a double amputee - had got up from bed, put on his prostheses, and fired his pistol through the locked door of the bathroom.
He shot four times and hit Ms Steenkamp three times, Mr Nel said.
He added that the defendant later broke down the bathroom door with a cricket bat and carried the body downstairs.
'Pitch-dark'
Defence lawyer Barry Roux then read a sworn statement from Mr Pistorius, saying the couple had been "deeply in love".
The couple went to sleep shortly after 22:00, the statement said.
In the middle of the night, Mr Pistorius woke up and went to the balcony because he thought he had heard an intruder, it added.
"It was pitch-dark in the bedroom. I did not have my prosthetic legs on and felt extremely vulnerable."
According to the statement, Mr Pistorius thought Ms Steenkamp was still in bed, and he fired through the bathroom door, believing he was shooting at a robber.
When he realised Ms Steenkamp was not in the bed, "it filled me with horror and fear", it said.
Mr Pistorius broke the door down to find his girlfriend shot inside.
"She died in my arms," the statement said. "I am absolutely mortified at the death of my beloved Reeva".

As the prosecution began setting out its case this morning, they claimed a witness heard 'two to three' shots, saw lights turn on, and then 17 minutes later heard 'two to three more shots.'
Mr Botha - the first officer on the scene - told the packed court a separate witness also claimed they heard an hour-long fight between 2.am and 3.am before the sound of gunshots rang out.
Earlier Mr Botha said he arrived at the upscale Pretoria house at about 4.15am last Thursday and the 29-year-old model had already been declared dead - 'she had on white shorts and black vest. She was covered in towels.'
Pistorius, who underwent below-the-knee amputations when he was 11 months old, said he shot through the toilet cubicle door while on his stumps but the court heard the bullets' trajectory was through the top of the door.
Mr Botha, who has 16 years' experience as a detective, said he believed the bullets were fired down, suggesting that Pistorius was wearing his prosthetic legs when the shots were discharged.
Lawyers and police studied plans of the bedroom and bathroom - a projector was used to beam the plans up for the public and press to see.
Gerrie Nel, the chief prosecutor asked Mr Botha if the shots were fired directly at the toilet basin and he agreed.
'If you fire straight at the door, you miss the toilet,' he explained.
Police believe a cricket bat found in the bathroom was used to break down the door to the toilet - part of the door was lying in the bathroom. One bullet cartridge was found outside bathroom while three others were inside.
On the shower mat in the en-suite bathroom lay a firearm and an iPhone 4 and iPhone - there were blood spatters on one of the phones.
Mr Botha said four phones in total were found in the athlete's home and none of them had been used to call emergency services.
The court also heard that two boxes of testosterone and needles were found in Pistorius' bedroom - the state prosecutor had to correct Mr Botha when he initially called the substance 'steroids.'
In the same room they also found an overnight bag was on a couch on the left hand side of the bed as well as slippers.
Mr Botha said he wanted Pistorius charged additionally with a weapons violation after unlicensed .38 calibre ammunition was found in the athlete's bedroom safe - though the defence later claimed the ammunition belonged to the athlete's father Henke.
Pistorius has said he had been a victim of crime and received death threats, but today the court heard there were no records of this.
The athlete made notes with a silver pen as the case progressed.

In hiding from a person with a gun. A better position to take cover would have been behind/between toilet throne and basin against gunfire and let the gunman waste his entire ammo clip on the toilet seat area. Then bash out and rip off the prosthetic legs from the BF to make a quick getaway.
If it was an accidental shooting, one might ask; WHY would a GF who goes to pee in the loo need to close/lock the toilet door (MODESTY????) The girl was already sharing his bed! The only other person in the bedroom or house was the BF.

Carl Pistorius charged over woman's death as police find 'sex stimulant' in Blade Runner's home

The older brother of South African star athlete Oscar Pistorius, himself accused of murdering his girlfriend, has been charged with culpable homicide over a car accident in 2010, local media report.
Carl Pistorius, 28, allegedly killed a female motorcyclist while driving outside Johannesburg, the eNews Africa television channel reported, citing his lawyer Kenny Oldwage.
This is not an anabolic steroid and it is unlikely it will lead to irrational anger.
His trial had been due to start last Thursday, a day before his famous brother, an Olympic and Paralympic hero, was granted bail on a charge of premeditated murder over the Valentine's Day killing of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.

But Carl Pistorius' trial was pushed back a month, although the specific date is not known.
He had no alcohol in his blood at the time of the accident, according to tests then, the television channel reported.
‘‘There is no doubt that Carl is innocent and the charge will be challenged in court,’’ Pistorius family lawyer Kenny Oldwage said in a statement on Sunday.

‘‘Carl deeply regrets the accident. Blood tests conducted by the police at the time proved that he had not been under the influence of alcohol, confirming that it was a tragic road accident after the deceased collided with Carl’s car.’’
Oscar Pistorius, the 26-year-old double amputee athlete known as "Blade Runner", was released on one million rand ($A110,656) bail on Friday.
He is due back in court on June 4.
He says the shooting of his 29-year-old girlfriend, a law graduate and cover girl who he had been dating since late last year, was an accident and that he mistook her for a burglar.
Carl Pistorius was a constant presence in court last week to support his brother during the four-day bail hearing in Pretoria, along with his sister Aimee and father Henke.
When Oscar broke down crying in the dock, Carl would lean forward and put his hand on his brother's shoulder.
Relatives of the slain model have lashed out at the Pistorius family, with her uncle Michael criticising them for failing to contact the Steenkamp family after the shooting.
"They have not offered their condolences, nor made a simple phone call to us," he told the City Press newspaper on Sunday, although the Pistorius family did send a bouquet of flowers and a card.
Meanwhile, City Press said a substance found in Pistorius' luxury Pretoria home during a police search was a herbal sexual stimulant that can be sold without prescription.
The prosecution had said during Pistorius' bail hearing that police had found two boxes of "testosterone" and needles in his Pretoria home, but the defence countered that it was a legal herbal remedy known as testocompasutium coenzyme.
City Press said the remedy was a combination of vitamins, herbal cures partly derived from animal organs.
Sports physician Jon Patricios told the paper the product is used to boost sexual energy, but that athletes are not advised to use it since it may increase their testosterone levels.
"This is not an anabolic steroid and it is unlikely it will lead to irrational anger," he said.
The National Prosecuting Authority has said it was awaiting the results of forensic tests to determine what the product is.
The International Paralympic Committee said the athlete - who became a hero as the first double amputee to compete in the Olympics last year - was tested twice during the London Paralympics in 2012 and tested negative.
South Africa's Sunday Times newspaper also said a new investigation team had visited Pistorius' house on Friday and would investigate his apparent links with a network that used recreational drugs.
