I'm concern about the food price, it doesnt make sense when you see the items and the price, I really shakes my head man....

sinkieland already surpass swiss standard in cost of living....

i went to KFC had cheese fries, drink and mashed potato.....no chicken no burger as i was not hungry....cost about 10 bucks.

i went to Wendy's had a meal of salad, chilli, drink and $2 promo burger.....cost me $15.

we are talking about fast food, not started on restaurants yet.....

who are those who says can spend $10 for 3 meals a day? same as those ministars who says $800 income can raise family and buy flat?

Why didn't u meet your friend at food court or coffee shop instead, if even fast food restaurants are out of your budget?

It is like I go to TOD's and kow peh, wah! the shoes here so expensive ah! How does the govt expect me to survive, like that? When upstairs is a shop selling Clark's at 1/8th of the price. And 10 mins away, there is an Indian shopping mall selling similar design of shoes for less than $30.

Why didn't u meet your friend at food court or coffee shop instead, if even fast food restaurants are out of your budget?

The best places to eat out are still at hawker centres.
Food tastes the best, prices are not cheap anymore but still the best value.
Better go and eat at more hawker centres before even these go out of existence one day.
Replaced by condominiums and shopping malls.

somehow hawker fare no longer value for $$. if taste remain the same still ok but many current generation stall operators are those hit and run type, taste different and use mass produce ingredients make worst by ah tiong manning the stalls. now as long i see an ah tiong working in the stall, i move on to the next stall. if all have ah tiong like in the foodcourt, then i rather go home cook maggie mee.

Want to go to Kallang MacD one, too crowded, so go to Leisure Park BK. I long time never order ala carte, so was quite surprised by the price.

Didnt you guys surprise about the price? maybe its just me....
