yes, the taste is like typical low-GI basmati rice. It is just that it is produced in cleaner environment and water. The problem is that it is expensive so I cannot afford anymore.
Personally, I like basmati rice and short-grain japan/china rice more than thai fragrance rice.

OK, sounds good. This rice has almost the same GI as red rice, rice berry, basmati. I have always preferred chewy texture and rice that can separate, never liked jasmine/fragrant rice.
