in every estate, there is a dumping ground school,

- not just students got family or behaviour problems

- teachers with problems also dumped there, usually only principal is good

- many "fake" charities will get grant from government to help these students in school. Let me cite this recent example. We gave massive grant to a glorified charity to take care of 200 students from a dumping ground secondary school. In the end, the charity just siphon the easy money and interview/monitor 30 students. There were still several student suicides, one died. It was not reported in mainstream because they don't have uncles like Jeremy Goh. How i know? because hospitals probably got more such suicide data than the chee bye charity.

I don't think Admiralty Sec is the dumping ground for north.

Every time our country has an issue, it is an opportunity for insiders to get grants. Results need not be guaranteed or delivered. There is no real audit for KPI. Just submit photos and porfolio. Just paperwork to cover asses.

The student charity is just an example. Goh's son is another, he personally applied for massive grants from ES. It's the same for labour market incentives. Your fake fish farms in Straits of Singapore get large grants while selling imported fishes as local-bred.

When I was a kid, this was my fav water bottle. There's a retractable plastic straw which popped out when you lift the central plastic flap (designed as a robot face).

It was bought from a provision shop downstairs. Today's kids only accept water bottles from Kiddy Palace or Smiggle.
