Actually, I feel all these ministers salaries should be peg to a basket of
performance index. This basket should include: GDP, foreign reserve, unemployment rate,
Inflation rate, corporate tax rate, income tax rate, crime rate, interest rate etc.

Judging from the above rates, currently is all in the negative, these ministers should take a massive pay cut for their poor performance !
