I have exactly the same experience in Singapore. My recommendation to stomper is, forget it, pay for repair out of your own pocket, it won't cost much (max $1500) since it is a very cheap car he is driving. ADVICE: if such incident bothers you, fix a camera in car.. hunt down the culprit and give him a few punctures (read properly, punctures, not punches)
