That scene in Election 2 where Louis Koo hacked up a man and shoved the body parts into a meat grinder to churn out as food for his dogs was some seriously sick stuff.

E2 is way better than E1. I hated how Tong Leung got killed off in the first so hastily by simon yam with a rock; he would have made the sequel even more colorful if his character was kept alive.
