Fucking idiot bastard was SPEEDING, and hit and ran, fled the scene! And later walked back to scene among the crowd to check, and saw the corpse was his own fucking cousin! Who was walking drunk & sent up lorry on the spot by his speeding car. He cried and got arrested!
Both should be at fault: Pedestrian = DRUNK! Driver = SPEEDING + HIT & RUN!

台中市神岡區驚傳撞死親人車禍！王姓男子深夜酒後在神清路家門前馬路，不慎遭路過車輛撞擊爆頭慘死，警方以車追人，2小時後找到肇逃者，竟是死者的鄭姓堂弟，鄭男並無酒駕，警訊後依過失致死、公共危險罪嫌送辦。
40歲王姓男子，20日深夜11時許獨自步行到路口超商買東西，從監視器畫面可見，王男拿手機邊講邊走，還一度蹲在路上，隨後又走在路中；在距離住家不到10公尺處，不慎遭1輛轎車高速撞擊，爆頭慘死輪下。肇事者不但沒停車，反而揚長離去。
王男弟弟表示，他聽到撞擊聲出來查看，哥哥已倒地，肇事車輛則不見蹤影；附近民眾說，當時撞擊聲真的很大、很嚇人！警方漏夜以車追人，21日凌晨2時許，在神岡區豐社路找到黑色肇事車輛，並通知31歲車主鄭姓男子說明。
警方調查，鄭男車體外觀初步沒發現明顯撞擊位置，他起先否認撞到人；但鑑識人員在車底找到血跡後，才坦承闖禍。鄭男供稱，自己到附近找朋友，在肇事不久後，曾重返現場在圍觀人群中了解狀況，知道撞死堂哥王男後，因心生害怕趕緊駕車返家。
警方在車禍現場聞到濃濃酒味，懷疑王男酒後走在路中，不慎遭堂弟衝撞橫死在住家前，民眾議論紛紛；鄭男面對媒體詢問時，指稱以為撞到狗才沒停車，但又說因害怕才逃走，全案依過失致死及公共危險罪嫌送辦。

The Shengang District of Taichung City was shocked and killed by a car accident! The man surnamed Wang was drunk in the front of the Shenqing Road home after late night drinking. He was accidentally killed by a passing vehicle and the head of the police crashed. The police chased the person by car. Two hours later, he found the escaper. It was the Zheng’s cousin of the deceased, Zheng Nan and No drunk driving, after the warning, the victim was sent to death and public danger.
40-year-old Wang surnamed man, at 11 o'clock in the evening on the 20th, walked alone to the intersection to buy things, from the monitor screen, Wang Man took the phone while talking and walking, but once on the road, and then walked in the road; Less than 10 meters away from home, accidentally hit by a high-speed car, the head of the dead. The perpetrators not only did not stop, but instead left.
Wang’s younger brother said that he heard the impact and came out to check. His brother had fallen to the ground and the vehicle was missing. The people nearby said that the impact was really big and scary! The police missed the car and chased people. At 2 o'clock in the morning on the 21st, they found a black accident vehicle in Fengshe Road, Shengang District, and informed the 31-year-old owner, Zheng Xing, the man.
According to police investigations, the appearance of Zheng Nan’s car body did not find a significant impact position. He initially denied that he had hit the person; but the forensic personnel found the blood on the bottom of the car before they confessed to the disaster. Zheng Nan confessed that he went to find a friend nearby. After the accident, he returned to the scene to understand the situation in the crowd. After knowing that he had killed the cousin, he was afraid of driving back home.
The police smelled a strong smell of alcohol at the scene of the car accident. They suspected that Wang Man was walking in the road after being drunk. He was accidentally smashed by his cousin and died in front of his home. The public had a lot of arguments. When Zheng Man confronted the media, he alleged that he thought he had hit the dog. Did not stop, but said that they fled because of fear, the whole case was sent to death according to the cause of death and public danger.
