Given that it is IJM, it will not be cheap. 24x70 could be $7xxk RM after discount. The developer could adjust price up or down by 5% depending on the interest level.
From the map, these newer developers are tapping on SP Setia and Bandar Dato Onn's road and possibly drainage infrastructures. In terms of access, Jalan Dato Onn Utama, Jalan Daya and Jalan Mutiara Emas Utama should be quite congested during peak hours soon. Best hope is to expand these access roads and upgrade Jalan Kampong Maju Jaya to serve Seri Austin, Bandar Dato Onn, Eco Spring/Summer and this project.
