We have had a terrible problem with Monier and WM Buildmart Sdn Bhd. We purchased a Solar Water Heating system that was to be installed on our roof here in Horizon Hills.
They installed it IN THE SHADE! And, later, reinstalled it AGAIN in the shade! How can you expect to heat water with solar energy when your solar panels are shaded?
We've had to use electricity to heat our water since it was installed. They refuse to reinstall it properly!
Also, when their plumbers hacked our outer wall to install a hot water line to our kitchen... every joint they made in the pipe leaked. We had to rehack the wall and redo the joints... again, they refused to come and fix it.
I would AVOID doing business with these people. From others, I have heard that we are not alone in this problem.. on FaceBook there are various Horizon Hills groups, and there are others who have come forward complaining as well about these two companies.
That being said, has anyone in this forum found a reliable source for a solar water heater?
