Are the young Singaporeans moving to India/ Mumbai for a peace of life

I am a Singapore PR living in Mumbai these days, i have started seeing people looking like Singaporeans in and around Mumbai at various places. So i was woindering if these are actually Singaporeans who may have decided to live in qa low cost place like Mumbai for a peaceful life at a low cost. Or are these people from Manipur or other northeastern states.

Trust me the style of these girls were much similar to Singaporeans.

If you don't know about Manipur then this is Manipur less the Singapore dressing style

They are with Chinese genes but thanks to the Colonial Brits they became part of Yindia instead of China.

With some disguise we would not know if a Singaporean/chinese is a Manipuri or north east indian actually :-)))

Or with some disguise the South East Asians can easily work in a place like Mumbai on the pretext of being North East Indians.. :-)
