1. I go out of my apartment and in the lift going down, I wonder if I switch off the water heater. I take the lift back up, go back into my condo apartment, the water heater switch is off.

Sometimes, it's air-conditioning too.

2. Same as above but this time when I am downstairs, I wonder if I lock my main door. Again I go up and it is already locked.

3. I brush my teeth at night and in the middle of the night, I wake up to go for a pee, then I again wonder if I had brush my teeth earlier before I sleep.

When I am out constantly need to check if my wallet, mobile phone and keys are with me too.

Anyone knows why?

Are my brain cells dying rapidly?

Dementia could be early signs of parkinsons or alzheimers.
Or its just you not focused enough.

Can be depression, early dementia. If it happened frequently, its best u go for a medical check.

PAP syndrome. Paranoia at best. If your life is routine, the above should not have occurred.

Some people think too much and became so stressed up they kept hallunicating many things. The only thing that I tend to be forgetful is what I needed to buy after leaving the house. In order not to torture my mind, I will make a to-do-list and grocery list. I did my shopping only once and never want to go back again. I don't like piece-meal shopping. If I misss buying something, I will tell myself it is not important thing to have and I can always postphone to my next shopping trip. Bottom line is, don't think too much with your head, rely on paper and pen to get things done with ease. Be proactive, and not reactive. Once you have done something, like switching off boiling kettle, locking the gate/door, closing the windows, then stop trying to look back for reassurance (because you can never be sure if you lived in paranoia mode).

Have trust in yourself, and don't behave like PAP.

Other possibility is that you are too wealthy, and afraid of being robbed in the house or too attached with many materialistic things. Poor people don't have such worry or concerns.

Maybe after doing a task, you should memorise it immediately instead of putting it to the back of the head.
I think that sounds like a good idea and a good starting point to arrest this problematic memtal state of mind. Thanks.

Yes, your brain cells are defintely dying and affecting your brain. How else do you explain your stupid nick bigcockman?

Taking Taurine + Sulforaphane + Glutathione helps with all health issues & medical conditions, including cognitive deficit or dementia, for which nootropics (ie. anything that helps the brain, including vitamins, herbs, supplements, medicine, etc) are specific to.

If anyone reading this is interested in nootropics and wants more guidance and/or suggestions for specific nootropics for brain health, post on this forum and I'll help you out with suggestions.
