SINGAPORE - Police are appealing for the next-of-kin of 35-year-old Neo Sing Mei Joyce to come forward.

Mdm Neo was found unconscious at the ground-floor of Blk 106 Commonwealth Crescent on Saturday at about 11pm.

She was subsequently conveyed in critical condition to the National University Hospital.

Her next-of-kin or anyone with information can call the Police Hotline at 1800-255-0000.
