Headaches can be caused by many factors such as stress, alchohol, poor diet, high blood pressure, etc. Maybe you should see a doctor to narrow some of the common medical reasons

Hi GIMD, too bad you said no western medication but one that really works is INDERAL also known as propranolol. Slows down heart beat opens blood vessels. Works for be, before that I used to knock my head against hard objects.
