Imagine using your tax payers monies to do this!
Parking wardens still needed to enforce proper parking in season lots, handicap parking, loading and unloading lots they are not being unemployed anytime soon. ERP parking is only to raise revenue, now nobody can tear 15 minutes after and leave 15 minutes later, or don't put coupon at all.
