Grand Master Tan Khoon Yong, who was born in Singapore, established Way Chinese Geomancy Centre at the mere age of 30 in 1984. He provides professional feng shui services and continues to research on feng shui. Way Chinese Geomancy Centre was privatised to become Way Geomancy Pte Ltd in 1997 and earned the prestige of being the first geomancy consultancy firm to be awarded the coveted ISO 9001:2000 certification. A bilingual feng shui portal, www.WayOnNet.com was set up in 2000, which was a world first. In 2001, he merged all 5 subsidiaries and established Way OnNet Group Pte Ltd after internal corporate restructuring.
A brand name is not only a logo; it also represents the spirit and culture of the business. Only through perseverance, can a brand name stand the test of time and establish itself firmly in the industry. In 2006, Way OnNet Group Pte Ltd launched its new business subsidiary, Emblems of Fortune, hoping to realize the ultimate dream of becoming an internationally recognized brand.

Being the Singapore representative participating in the International Feng Shui Convention from 2004 to 2008, Grand Master Tan not only shared his knowledge regarding the converging theories of diversified feng shui schools of thought, he also took a bold approach in presenting his global political forecast for the next 20 years. The attendees marveled at the optimistic direction and prospects, which feng shui is embarking upon as an international practice and faith. He is currently the Vice President of the International Feng Shui Association.
Conferred the title of PBM by the President in 1999, Grand Master Tan's talent and broad knowledge have earned him accolades from several prestigious institutions. He is the Advisor to the Department of Philosophy in Peking University and Vice Chairman of the Organisation for Promoting Global Civilisation. He is also serving as an honorary committee member at the Singapore Association of Writers. Grand Master Tan also became a 20th generation disciple of the Quan Zhen Hua Shan Sect in China by Reverend Min Zhi Ting; he is currently serving as the President of the Singapore Quan Zhen Hua Shan Sect.
