Guys who do (kick)boxing/ karate/ taekwondo/ muay thai and maybe swimming, badminton, bowling as well.
 
I prefer all the sports which i can do at home. Mostly some aerobics and yoga.
In order to lose extra weight i don't need to go in the gym every day, but only move a lot and correct my eating plan.
