This is not a gaming hand. If you try to game like that, the penalty for fake game is pay all other players max limit each. There're also no flowers in this hand. All the winds in triplets except there's only one west wind. The four strikes should be shown to collect bonus payout and bonus draw on flowerpot top. Depending on your wind position and luck of the draw, you may yet game with a 5-double limit hand. But it's a hard hand to game since another west wind is the only gaming tile and there's no possibility of a four-wind-suit game unless you take the wild risk of throwing your strikes in hope for two more west winds.
