Look a bit wet... try cover it with cloth when steam it. Cloths absorb the steam keep the food drier nicer to eat...

Welcome. Another way is to control steam at 80 degree slow cooking keep the moisture of the food...

Also eat meats such as beef are slow releasing proteins that stored in your large intestines to release proteins slowly which make you less hungry..

Then slowly release the food proteins, vitamins and minerals to the body...
