there are efforts at the grass-root level to encourage people to clean their environment, their corridors, their void decks and slowly we will start cleaning our own without the help from the foreigners.

in the past, my old estate was very clean without any foreign workers or town councils. we cleaned our areas ourselves - gotong royong.

I have lived in Tiong Bahru Estate when I was very young & only for a few years, before moving on. It was a joy walking in between the flats, the residents have their fruits & vegetable gardens downstairs & you rarely seen TAMPON or whatever being thrown down, the residents help to clean & keep clean their environment. OK, except for the bin areas & certain back alleys...they are back alleys...!! ha

This was years, years ago...until the FINE culture started...Tiong Bahru is still clean...but, your garden downstairs, you get cigarette butts, tampons, baby diapers...

I want to volunteer to catch litter bugs & specialize in catching the litterbugs outside the RC's , CC's & I will monitor those neighbors I know, who openly supposrts ( you know who) & ESPECIALLY THE FOREIGN TALENTS. ha ha ha , where can I volunteer??

if you get rid of FT, this whole place will be turned into a huge dumping ground...
your estate will be dirty...your garbages will pile up...your parks will be dirty, littered and filthy..
all your drains will be blocked...all your void decks will be cluttered with rubbish...and all these

we need certain foreigners to help singapore...but we cannot condemn all of them....this is a fact which we should accept..
