Are there any lawyers in the Forum to clarify this kind of acts?

I wonder would the Ministry of Manpower would take actions on this?

This is indeed disappointing... with so many jobs in the cutting board in Singapore already, limiting to only PRC for a job, what's going on here?

Could there be a mistake on the recruiter's part? (even if they really are seeking for low paying FTs, they could have just said, all are welcome..., and do their selection behind the scenes...) now what kind of people could make this kind of mistake?

Nothing wrong with the ad. If the company/employer didn't put PRC then all will be wasting time to apply. That will save employer and jod seeker time. Even if others nationality apply will go into dustbin.

Now u know the real reason why u see so many Sporns (and they are getting younger now ! ) selling tissue papers at hawker centres to make a living. Or why so many older ppl got to collect ur unwanted drink cans from your table at hawker centres.
