STOMPer Sanjay was at Balestier when the rain poured heavily. Within minutes the area in front of Balestier Plaza was flooded.

Said the STOMPer in an email:

"It flooded very badly on Balestier Road in front of Balestier Plaza this afternoon on Aug 11, 2010.

"All three lanes of the road were waterlogged and even the footpaths were flooded!"

That's not a flood. That's just street water level rising a little above normal level.
