（中央社馬祖28日電）繼日前查獲兩名連江縣議員候選人以一票新台幣1萬元涉賄並交保，連江地檢署今天再偵訊馬祖某鄉民代表當選人，涉嫌以一票1萬元賄選，檢方認有勾串共犯之虞，向法院聲請羈押禁見獲准。
連江地檢署表示，日前偵辦兩名縣議員候選人賄選案件，經循線追查，又發現已當選鄉民代表的某候選人，涉嫌以一票1萬元方式行賄買票。
連江地檢署主任檢察官高一書，昨日指揮法務部調查局馬祖調查站調查官，持搜索票搜索其住處，並傳喚鄉代當選人到案。
經訊問後，檢察官認鄉代當選人違反公職人員選舉罷免法第99條第1項，對有投票權人交付賄賂罪嫌重大，且有事實足認有勾串共犯、證人及湮滅賄選證據之虞，向法院聲請羈押禁見。（編輯：陳政偉）1071128
