its simple mathematics.....
more vehicles on roads (supported by the ever increasing foreign population, thereby proping up car and house prices)
there will be more accidents no matter what traffic rules are there.
there are more than 1 miilion vehicles (including bikes) in spore
go figure the income of LTA.....
we locals have to take care of ourselves, depend on the fucking PAP? please dream on
their only concern is KPI, what we see in straits times are all wayang
