There are no Apple owned stores in Asia. Those that you see are 3rd party resellers. Thats why there's a large variation in quality & service. The one in Ion is one of the newer resellers.

In my opinion you will get better service from one of the older Apple resellers. Such as the one in Funan located in the corner(3rd or 4th fl).
