While the receiving of one's graduate degree is a happy and joyous occasion, the actions of this Caucasian graduate from LaSalle raised a STOMPer's eyebrows, as he is seen prancing on stage and putting his arm around the VIP issuing the degrees.
His actions were recorded alongside fellow graduands, who were seen behaving in a more serious manner, in popular video channel YouTube.
While the man's actions raised a few chuckles from the STOMPer who watched the clip, she wonders if the graduate's actions bordered on rudeness.
"I know that convocation is a big deal; I myself was happy when I received my degree, but I feel he was rather rude, perhaps unknowingly," said the STOMPer.
What do you think of his actions? Is it a case of cultural differences? Tell us.
