To Law Society Of Singapore President Mr. Lok Vi Ming, SC

Law Society of Singapore Immediate Past President Mr. Wong Meng Meng, SC
I am a concerned Singaporean and I am astonished to know that Law Society of Singapore does not take action against its own members who are involved in corruption and conspired to cheat.
Do you still remember Dariene Ko? According to Deputy Public Prosecutor, Miss Dariene Ko wanted to be in the good book of Prof. Tey and she conspired with her lecturer to cheat the examination result.
Prof Tey Tsun Hang was jailed for 5 months even though NUS Law Dean Dr. Simon Chesterman clearly stated that there was no evidence that the examination grades have been tempered with.
Now, what has happened to Law Society of Singapore for keeping silence? THE LAW SOCIETY OF SINGAPORE: DESTINED TO FOREVER HOLD ITS PEACE?

Remark: the above article was actually written by Prof Tey Tsun Hang student and it was under Prof Tey supervision.
If Prof Tey Tsun Hang is guilty of corruption and cheating, why Dariene Ko was not charged as Deputy Public Prosecutor Mr Andrea Jumabhoy said in the court that Ms Dariene Ko wanted to be in the good book of Prof Tey?
If Ms Dariene Ko is not charged, how could Prof Tey Tsun Hang convicted and sentenced for 5 months? Was there any conspiracy behind this saga? Mathematically this does not gel.
How can that be? Could Law Society of Singapore pls comment as this is for the interest of the public? If Deputy Public Prosecutor does not and refuse to charge Ms Dariene Ko, could we the Singapore citizens file police report and request Police to investigate?
If Deputy Public Prosecutor Andrea Jumabhoy refuses to charge Ms Dariene Ko, Could Law Society of Singapore strip off Ms Dariene Ko the membership of Law Society of Singapore? Since Ms Dariene Ko is dishonest and conspired to cheat her results? Please investigate.
