The American tourists wanted to have a great time at a nightclub, but some of them ended up getting hurt in a fight there.

The five Americans - together with their Singaporean host - had gone to St James Power Station last Friday night.

The group, who requested anonymity, alleged that they were attacked by bouncers from the club after some of them went up on stage in The Boiler Room to dance.

But a spokesman for St James Power Station told The New Paper yesterday that a scuffle started after the group became “aggressive” towards one of its security staff members.
