PAP Minister without portfolio and NTUC Secretary-General Lim Swee Say said he hopes to “see a continuous steady increase in the median wage for workers over the next 10 years,” according to a report by Channel News Asia.

Mr Lim was commenting on the latest findings released by the Manpower Ministry showing that an increase in median monthly wages for Singapore residents to $2,500 after accounting for inflation.

However, the statistics may not give a complete picture of the reality on the ground as it includes both Singapore citizens and PRs who are strictly speaking, foreigners.

The median monthly wages for the lowest 20 percent of the income group is strangely missing, but Mr Lim gave his “assurance” that they will also get “help” from the PAP regime to improve their wages.

Mr Lim is in charge of the largest (approved) trade union in Singapore which is ironically linked to the ruling PAP under the unique “tripartite alliance” not found anywhere in the world.

Only PAP's ministers hopes (and probably also pray) that good things may happen for the lesser mortals.

I thought they were paid millions in salary to make things happen. Didn't know millions can only get them to 'hope'.

They can certainly make thiings difficult for the peasants without a thought for them.

What all talk no action?
He could upturn a downturn just by Singing.
For that he is worth billions.

hi there

1. aiyoh!
2. what do you expect from a monkey-faced zorro stand-in?
3. better, betterer, betterest or what.
4. is it the same specimen of sheep?
5. blah, blah and more blah.
6. nothing concrete.

Obama should outsource & employ him, he can sing & the United States of America economy will perk up! Problem is, he is tone deaf & out of tune!:p

A fuck face who despise the very people he is suppose to serve; using language that insults the intelligence and ability of the people he communicates with.

Fuck!

In the first pic, check out the balls carrier in the background grinning from ear to ear. In the second pic, check out the desperately ugly aunties all thinking he is cassanova. What a crock of rubbish!
