SINGAPORE - Police are looking for the man shown in the picture to assist with investigations into a case of outrage of modesty in the vicinity of Eu Tong Sen Street.

The incident occurred on September 9 at about 4am.

The man is described to be of Chinese ethnicity, has a slim build and stands about 1.7m tall.
