She stumbled upon her mall "gold mine" four years ago, just as she was about to return to the Philippines after completing a two-year contract as a foreign domestic worker.
At a farewell dinner with some friends, she found out that a fellow villager was working as a mall walker.
After dinner, Bebi accompanied her friend "for an eye-opener" and ended up being picked up by a Japanese man.
She said: "What I made that night was more than my two months' wages - $720 - as a maid."
That marked the start of her "new career". When we met the pretty and petite girl on Tuesday night, she was dressed in a black, slinky short dress matched with red heels.
She was without make-up except for a dash of bright red lipstick.
Bebi said: "The ojisans (uncles) always tell me I look much younger than I really am."
She holds five bottles of liquor - which she has paid for - at three clubs in Cuppage Plaza and one in Orchard Plaza.
Depending on the preference of the customers she picks up, she has a choice of KTV lounges to go to.
There she serves them from a bottle that she has bought. Though the men pay for it, they are usually not interested in drinking the hard liquor, and she gets to "recycle" the bottle, sometimes three or four times.
She gets the bottle from the club at a discounted rate of $200 and charges the men $250 for it. This means she makes $50 on the first transaction and $250 each time the bottle is used again.
Often, the men prefer to drink beer and she gets a 10-15 per cent commission from the club on that.
To get more business, Bebi also invested nearly $600 on a crash course in conversational Japanese.
She said: "I don't speak well but most men say I sound so 'kawaii' (cute)."
The minute the men are hooked, the money rolls in. She charges up to $150 an hour for singing, some "touchy-feely" and"great company".
By the time she walked out of the pub with her Japanese client that night - even before the second part of her service - she had already made about $450..

The New Paper on Sunday understands that it can range from $120 an hour for normal sex, and up to $200 for added"kinky stuff".
And that's where Bebi has the opportunity to pull in more money.
One of the three sex shops remains open for business till about 2am and provides delivery service.
As a regular customer, Bebi gets a 25 per cent discount on a sex toy. But she charges her client twice or sometimes thrice the price.
That night, she paid a discounted $75 for a sex toy - but charged her client $250 for it.
She claimed: "Most times, the customers are either too drunk or too happy to bother about bargaining."
In contrast, Mei Li claims to be struggling as a hostess at a KTV lounge.
She was dressed in a white tube top, short fluffy skirt and heels when The New Paper on Sunday met her.
It was her second day at work, said Mei Li, but added that she had previously worked for another pub here.
She has to pay an agent 16,000 yuan ($3,220) each time she returns here to work for six months.
"Aside from that,we have to pay $50 to the club every day we work. Whatever we earn after that is ours to keep," she said.
A client pays $150 for her company each time she is booked.
"But if we don't show up for work, we have to pay the club (a penalty) of $100."
MeiLi said: "Sometimes,we lose money because we also have to pay for our own expenses like food and accommodation."
She pays $350 for the room she is renting, including utilities.
She showed us the in-principle work permit approval she carries. Her designation is listed as "performing artiste" in the letter.
Her hoarse voice belies that possibility. Mei Li admitted: "No, I can't sing. All I do is accompany guests."
She added: "If anything extra happens (like sex), it's a bonus."
It does not help that there are at least 10 hostesses working at the same lounge.
