I'm in the private sector. Not taking any salary from the PAP government.
i know a crook magician who constantly makes fun of other main religions and joins the grassroots like you.

When the government extended huge grants for the tourism-industry during the final days of COVID-19 (while similar grants for other industries ended), he got his MP to help him pen a letter to ES to qualify the same grant. He cited the reason that his magician and outdated toys were sold at tourist spots, so he enjoyed the same payouts.

Bloody unfair to the rest of the country.

Better than being a civil servant, it is indeed about who you know.

it means join grassroots is important if you are in civil servant. It's ok if you are useless. All our 2024 President Scholars are involved.

All three recipients of 2024 President Scholarships, spent their youth volunteering, including sitting in on MPS (Meet-People-Session).

Ms Marianne Wang to start her journey of volunteering at just 12 years old. She started out tutoring children with non-profit Smart Guppy, and went on to volunteer with Youth Corps – an organisation that gives youth opportunities to serve their community – and at Meet-the-People Sessions (MPS).

Dylan Toh, 20, from Hwa Chong Institution, also started volunteering from a young age. The three recipients spent their youth volunteering, including sitting in on MPS, where the stories they heard spurred them to want to do more for the community. Ms Emily Tan was similarly inspired after hearing the stories of the residents she met at MPS, and seeing the trust and vulnerability shown by them.

Wondering how many doses of mRna they took. Be loyal, comply and go get their updated jabs.

It's like asking what's the type who will sign on for army.

Usually these are the ones who are either very smart + very poor, so they need a quick fix to solve their educational cost woes.

OR

Useless fucks who know they won't survive the outside private sector.

Being a civil is good.
Define job scope. Scope is very defined and narrow. You just need to follow the process and get things done.
Bonuses are fixed.
Leaves fix.
All the welfare are there.

What's there to complain?
