Recently, I was invited to attend a talk by SG Casket.

Apparently, many Funeral Operators are selling services in, AMD, LPA, Wills,..and now, the above.

The price mentioned is about sgd 15k and above per Funeral, payable by 36 month instalmants

Has Anyone bought such packages, pros / cons, what to look out for ?

just donate your cadaver to NUS for science purposes. it will be more meaningful than wasting money on a funeral. funeral is just to entertain the living.

I recently dealt with a similar situation when a family member passed away. We were looking into various funeral packages, and the idea of paying in installments was definitely a relief. However, it’s crucial to read the fine print and make sure there are no hidden fees or conditions that might catch you off guard.

One thing that helped us was finding Granite Headstones. Their services were straightforward and transparent, which made the whole process smoother. They provided options that fit our budget without compromising on quality. It was a huge help in managing costs while still giving our loved one a respectful farewell.
