Accident along Balestier Rd this morning - Huge silo tank detached from trailer and landed on the road causing traffic jam

The driver of the prime mover is one "Mr Thilip".
 
Right in front of the former Pegu Rd dental clinic in the 70s. A place I dreaded most during my primary school days.
