Whenever I go to a new city or town one of the things I love to do is to visit the local market especially the wet market. That is if I have spare time. The reason is by going to the market I can learn a lot about the city's culture not just food but also the people.

So today I woke up a little early and go to the Pasar Pudu or what we will call Pudu Market.

Here's an interesting video of the market

A former Thai Navy diver who had volunteered to help rescue 12 boys and their coach from a cave in northern Thailand has died, according to government officials.
Former Sgt. Saman Kunan, an ex-SEAL, died at 2:00 a.m. Friday local time (2 p.m. Thursday ET) due to a lack of air while attempting to return to a command center deep underground, Chiang Rai Deputy Governor Passakorn Boonyalak said.

Condolences to the family of the deceased.
Thanks to rescuers for risking their life, doing the real job.
- RIP -

No offence to sensitivities of cave’s ongoing rescue efforts. Just a light hearted view of people in power seats
