OK, here's version 2 of fishball noodle soup. Same as yesterday except today I added flat fish (pin hee) and spring onion oil.Chang-Tao-Yew is a must in the kitchen for standby. Anyway this is the best fishball so far I've eaten in Thailand. Very QQ. Bought it in Chinatown on Sunday. 60 baht half kilo . . . . . a little expensive for Thai standard but its worth.
