Chang-Tao-Yew is a must in the kitchen for standby. Anyway this is the best fishball so far I've eaten in Thailand. Very QQ. Bought it in Chinatown on Sunday. 60 baht half kilo . . . . . a little expensive for Thai standard but its worth.
OK, here's version 2 of fishball noodle soup. Same as yesterday except today I added flat fish (pin hee) and spring onion oil.

This is a picture of the yellow noodle I used for yesterday and today's fishball noodle. Cannot keep too long in fridge else noodle will harden.

This is the secret ingredient too many Khao Tom Goong/Pla (Boiled Rice with Prawns/Fish slice). It's call flat fish or pin hee.

I know which stall you are talking liaoz. Izzit basement at of shopping centre? Izzit the shopping centre start with S?

Yes, Pin Hee is quite expensive. You can get it in dry food products in the market or you can go to the market opposite golden landmark. Have to cut into smaller pieces and then deep fried. Once deep fried, you can keep it refrigerated.

Hi Terry, i didn't post the solar farm thing, joetys did.

but yes, it's probably feasible in Thailand since they have the land for it.

I know in some countries, you can sell back your power to the electric company and i think the government also provides some incentives for you to go green.

This Solar farm i visited was built by a friend of mine, and they hire me as consultant, did a small job, about 8MW.
however they sold to Temasek, (we suspect) with very high profit, the earlier farms also sold away already.
The profit we estimate to be US$ 20 Million when sold to Temasek, however the company that bought could be a subsidy of Temasek, as they dont want to go direct. Many companies took the PPE to generate electricity, however due to funding from banks were unable to execute the jobs.
Yes this place is Kon Kean, so many beautiful girls there haha, alot of them look like chinese, mostly chinese teochew staying there, this place is better thank BKK

A Singaporean man was allegedly arrested in Bangkok on June 26 for stealing a Nissan GTR which reportedly belongs to the son of the former Thai Navy Commander-in-Chief, according to STOMPer llkadabrall.

Said the STOMPer, who also sent in photos:

"A Singaporean man was arrested in Bangkok yesterday for stealing a Nissan GTR.

"The vehicle belongs to the son of the former Thai Navy Commander-In-Chief.

"The man and his two accomplices, who are still at large, attended a car rally in North Pattaya last weekend, where they met and befriended the victim.

"The vehicle was stolen at the front parking lot of a Pattaya Hotel after the rally event.

"The man has denied that he was involved but the evidence showed otherwise.

"The Singaporean and another man was seen on CCTV footage, driving the stolen vehicle into the condominium.

"He was also seen making phone calls to his Thai wife to destroy documents pertaining to the stolen vehicle shortly before he was arrested.

"However, police were able to go into his unit and recover the said documents in time.

"The licence plates and security system in the vehicle were also changed to avoid detection.

"Police believe that the gang of three intended for the vehicle to be sold in a foreign country."

Son of former Navy Commander-in-Chief, that is a 4 star Admiral! Good luck to this Sinkee in BKK Hilton.

Good thing about owning expensive car, professional car thieves will avoid like plague cos' car too flashy and obvious to make a getaway.

Go to market or even provision shop, NEVER I say again NEVER ask for flat fish or pi-he most people cannot understand, instead ask fro Ti-Por fish and suddenly everyone will understand. Yes its a little expensive. Deep fry it until its crispy crush it until almost powdery, mix with your minced mean use meat for meat ball or anything with porridge etc you will taste the difference in the meat.

When I open the boot, realise the the front bumper is mounted using 6 screw like black plastic stopper. All the stoppers were dislodged during the impact and so I use cable ties to fasten it.

Yeap, this will be my first and last vios. Need to replace the windscreen too cos' staff will take over beginning of next month. :(
