I think problem of salt , sugar , fat & whatever ingredient is really how moderately we are consuming. How to strike a balance diet ? It may sound easy but in reality you have little option to control if you are working and relying much on outside food. Is one cane of soft drink too much a day ? Well it has 7 teaspoon of sugar ! Plus e coffee in the morning, and some sugar here and there in your meal in foodcourt or hawker. What about one Big Mac a week ? Plus a few fried chicken wings a week. One pizza meal a week? Plus a few so & so fast food. The consolidation of all these may shock you. On top of these junks around us, we are also not doing much exercise, it add up to more problem, not now perhaps , maybe later when your metabolism rate drop as you aged.
