more worried about constant repetitive flow of giant asteroids heading towards earth. or actually the earth is heading towards them as destructive ones are never alone but cluster in a humungous belt orbiting elliptically offset around the sun and the pull of gravity from other giant masses in the galaxy. collision course doesn't happen often, but if it does in cycles in terms of ten to hundred millions of years, the earth faces a massive extinction event. the last one wiped out dinosaurs, and the next one is due as earth transits through the belt. we need a 2nd earth somewhere else for survival of the species and continuation of civilization. for now, we all perish together. so enjoy your fucks while you can.
