We don't have qualified Singaporeans to fill this position. For years, citizens have been asking for more places in our local university and the 'gods' or greater mortals have decreed that 3 is enough... until this finding.
So as do all world class re-active leaders do, they have now decided to build a 4th new university, but located in Changi.
Lets see how the current FT fuckup policy is gonna is gonna resolve itself in order that the 4th university doesn't becomes redundant, how many places are reserved for foreighers in the 4th university and whether the courses are relevant to train 'managers' to replace the '7.5 foreigner managers'.
As far as I am concern, its another screw-up by the PAP, but one which is again swept under the carpet.

I find this statement misleading and without source. It seem more of a case of assumption and speculation and without basis.

1stly, define "manager", a person who manage or just the title? There are many jobs that has the title of "manager" but are just supervisors or actually do not do any form of management but a promoted title.

2ndly, To say 7.5 is too high a figure which is unbelieveble and more of a case of assumption again. In the present organisation I m working now with a strength of 120 staff, all those who hold managerial post or have the title of "manager" are Singaporeans and there are just 5 foreginers in the company and none are managers.

I find all these scare-tactic stories really getting too much and is just out to create ill-feeling.
