Maintaining of Minimum Price Limit for acquisition of real estate by foreign interests in the state of Johore for property development projects that satisfy (certain) conditions

The minimum price limit of 500K RM is retained for projects that satisfy the following conditions:

1. .... ((obtained) planning permits before 1 may 2014
2. condo service apartment office space

Property price minimum limit is maintained at 500K ... (it) does not form a blanket approval to all developers

okie dokie. it's a cutout with lots of ellipses. can't make out if it's AND or OR condition. so i went to gov.my to check.
and AMAZINGLY, the official gov website still states foreigner can buy 500k above. No update on latest limits! (see the two tables, harga minima column)
