买啥5G手机好？

5G手机这么多，换哪个更好？

从目前手机厂商发布情况来看，一个主流的配置是高通骁龙855处理器+骁龙X50调制解调器。例如，小米MIX3的5G版就是这种配置。中兴、OPPO发布的5G手机也采用了骁龙X50调制解调器。

不过在2月19日，高通推出第二代5G NR调制解调器——骁龙X55调制解调器。所以不着急换5G手机的不妨再等等，毕竟X50在2016年就推出了。

目前5G终端怎么使用5G网络的？

很多网友在问：我怎么看媒体报道都开始使用5G网络了？

一个好消息是，部分地区有望率先体验上5G网络。近日，工信部部长苗圩称，5G牌照将很快发放。所以大家估计很快就能体验上5G网络。

速度到底怎么样？

5G网络的一个主要特点就是网速快。据多家运营商称，和4G相比，5G网速有十几倍的提速。

华为发布的折叠5G手机Mate X，据称达到200MHz带宽，理论峰值达到4.6Gbps，最快可实现3秒下载一部1G的视频。

当然，这些都是在测试状态下，不同的环境下其速度不尽相同。

例如同样是中国移动5G，在北京铁道大厦，经过实地测试，网络下行速率达到700Mbps、上行90Mbps。

但在2月27日，中国移动在拉萨开通的首个2.6GHz频段5G基站，户外环境下经测试，下载峰值速率达530M/秒，平均速率在500M/秒左右，下载1GB的电影需2秒钟。

哪些应用已开展？

其实5G的特点远远不局限于网速快，应用也不局限于5G手机。它的应用几乎可以覆盖各行各业。目前应用比较多的是5G+4K直播。

中国联通相关工作人员对中新网记者表示，其实5G手机只是5G的一种终端产品，5G网络的应用远远不局限于手机。

我们一直在说，4G只是网络带宽的改变，5G实际上是产业的变革，甚至会改变社会，会创造新的业态，带来一些新的就业机会。
5G无疑是本次两会的热点话题之一。3月5日，工信部部长苗圩对媒体表示，很快会发放5G牌照。2019年全国两会新闻中心实现了5G全方位服务，经过认证后，各媒体可以在现场体验到5G千兆的上网速度。
2019年被称作“5G元年”，在刚刚结束的2019巴塞罗那通信展（MWC）上，OPPO、小米、华为、中兴等公司都发布了自己的5G手机。近日，北京移动对外宣布，计划年底前将在五环内实现5G信号全覆盖。加快5G商用步伐是2019年经济工作的重点内容之一，在这背后，运营商需要加快推进5G网络部署，手机厂商也需大力推动5G终端快速普及。
全国政协委员、中国联通研究院院长张云勇表示，“大家一定关心我们什么时候用上，下半年5G手机会零星上市，大规模的要等到明年两会的时候。”
多位代表委员建议加快5G商用
虽然2019MWC上发布了多款5G手机，但5G真正实现商用，还要取决于5G信号网络覆盖的情况。全国人大代表、腾讯董事会主席兼CEO马化腾建议，大力推进信息基础设施建设，夯实产业互联网的发展基础，加快5G和IPv6全面商用部署。
5G除了满足个人移动通信需求外，还要满足工业互联网、车联网等实时性、可靠性、安全性要求更高的行业应用需求，因此5G网络的服务质量要求更高，需要更高的投入。
全国政协委员、百度董事长李彦宏认为，5G对百度是利好，每一次大的技术升级，让带宽更快、更便宜，在互联网上能够做的事情会越来越多。
随着5G标准和技术的不断发展，将进入5G发展的第二阶段，5G将进一步深入工业物联网应用、私有企业网络等。全国人大代表，小米集团创始人、董事长兼CEO雷军认为，应提前布局5G产业应用，推动5G与物联网的创新融合发展。
业内人士告诉记者，截至2018年底，三大运营商总计投入约8000亿进行4G网络建设，目前仍处于持续投入期，尚未收回成本。今年2月，中国联通发布消息称将扩容4G网络，新增41.6万个基站。在提速降费持续推进、4G投资成本还未完全回收、5G盈利模式不清晰等因素的影响下，运营商面临较大的资金压力。
不过有业内人士称，投资金额大、盈利模式不清晰的问题，移动通信网络更新换代时都会遇到，只是程度不同。5G网络特性有了一些质的变化，例如，几十毫秒的时延、500M以上的移动带宽、端到端的服务保障以往都是做不到的。这些变化都会催生很多应用创意，尤其是垂直行业应用，不仅效率提高了，管理模式上也可能带来一些深度变化。
5G终端普及需更低价格
历次移动通信网络升级中，手机总是滞后，但业内普遍认为，此次5G手机与5G网络设备同期问世。价格是5G终端设备普及过程中的“拦路虎”。此前，中国移动预测，在2019年5G预商用阶段，5G手机的价格预计会在8000元以上。到了2020年5G规模商用阶段，5G手机的门槛可能降至1000元以上级别。
OPPO副总裁、中国大陆事业部总裁沈义人在微博上表示，消费者不要对5G手机抱有太大的期望。他认为，目前5G更多是厂商展示自己技术和研发实力，是对于产业前端，针对商用侧推动，消费者端至少两年以后才有真正的价值。
中国移动副总裁李正茂称，从历史经验看，终端往往是瓶颈，未来的5G的终端不仅是手机，还包括AR/VR、机器人、无人机等在内的泛终端。中国去年与全球36家合作伙伴发起“5G终端先行者计划”和“5G通用模组计划”，降低终端成本，丰富终端类型，推动5G消费终端和行业终端产业成熟。
有业内人士称，行业终端的通信核心是5G模组，在初期推广过程中将面临规模小、成本高、利润低、见效慢等问题，因此需要快速降低5G模组成本、加快推动5G行业终端规模发展。
5G的到来将会带来一波换机潮。IDC报告预测，至2022年，全球智能手机出货量将有望突破17亿部，2018年对于智能手机来说并不是最好的一年，但从2019年开始，全球智能手机出货量将保持持续增长的态势。IDC认为，背后推动这一市场变化的原因是5G手机的推出。根据IDC的预测，2020年，5G手机的出货量或为智能手机出货量总数的7%（约2.12亿部），直至2022年将占18%。 新京报记者 马婧

刘多：5G规模覆盖还需“积累经验”
国内没发5G临时牌照，并非进度比国外落后；实现全网较好覆盖，一般要2到3年
全国人大代表、中国信息通信研究院院长刘多在接受新京报记者专访时表示，2019年是5G元年，5G的网络设备和终端都已达到预商用水平，我国将启动5G网络规模部署。用户普遍关注什么时候才能真正用上5G，对此刘多称，运营商获得临时牌照后，各自在牌照规定若干城市地区建设5G网络，实现规模覆盖，还需要开展大量工作。其中包括：积累网络建设、规划和优化的经验，与5G生态链各伙伴一起，协同优化设备和产品，开展5G典型业务和融合应用的开发验证和示范推广等等。这样做，是为后续大规模全国部署奠定基础，建立模板，同时为5G终端提供实际现网环境进行海量测试和优化，这样才能保证今后数以亿计的手机卖到用户手上，是成熟稳定的、好用的。
新京报：2018年是5G标准确定和产品研发的关键一年。你认为2019年对5G来说意味着什么？
刘多：2019年是5G的元年，全球多个国家已经启动或计划部署5G网。在今年世界移动通信大会（MWC2019）上，多个手机厂商发布了他们的5G手机，今年的年中或者下半年，5G手机会达到商用水平。无论是5G的网络设备还是终端，现在都达到了预商用的水平。
新京报：在移动通信发展史上，第一次实现了网络和终端在商用进度上的同步。你认为这背后反映了什么问题？
刘多：这背后可以看出，一方面全球产业都想抓住5G机遇，5G将会带来高速、大带宽的体验，这些能力需要手机终端来配合，谁占有先机，谁就占有市场；另一方面中国的芯片和手机企业的研发实力大幅提升和及早投入，大大促进了5G终端同步开发，从MWC发布手机多为中国品牌就能看出来，这是关键因素。如果终端厂商和整个产业链，能够及早地按照5G的标准研发、布局，有助于5G的快速部署。
新京报：很多手机厂商表示会率先在海外推出5G手机，这是为什么？
刘多：主要是因为我们还没有发临时牌照，所以手机厂商没法去为哪个运营商提供手机。但这并不是说，我们的5G进度比国外落后。5G是一个全球化的产业，全球一个标准，我国从2015年组织开展5G技术试验，全球所有主流厂商和部分运营商都参与其中，共同研究解决共性的关键技术问题，为全球5G发展做出了重要的基础性贡献。我国无论是网络设备，还是芯片和手机终端，都走在了前列，我觉得至少是在第一阵营里面。我们的5G网络部署启动后，会是规模最大、质量最好。
新京报：两会期间，工信部苗圩部长表示很快会发布5G牌照。临时牌照发放后，5G的发展将进入什么阶段？
刘多：我们现在说的牌照叫临时牌照或者是试商用牌照。几年来我们在技术、产业、网络基础设施和政策、监管等方面全方位积极开展准备工作。运营商拿到临时牌照后，马上可以根据自己的规划，在不同的地区进行相关部署。我相信只要5G网络一开始部署，有一些相关的用户就能够享受到这些服务。
新京报：你如何评价目前中国5G试商用的整体情况？哪些5G应用场景会率先普及？
刘多：5G一共有三大应用场景，第一个场景就是大带宽，我们的手机移动互联网可能会有十倍速率的提升。第二个是大连接，比如水表、电表、煤气表、机器设备、农业设施、家电等等海量地通过传感器连到网上。第三就是低时延高可靠，比如工业互联网、无人驾驶、远程医疗等等。在这三大场景中，我个人认为首先能给老百姓带来直观感受的是大带宽。
新京报：我国什么时候可以实现5G网络的大规模部署，推进的难点是什么？
刘多：今年启动规模部署，并持续进行，要实现全网较好的覆盖，一般来说要2到3年。因为我们国家这么大的一个网络在全球来讲也是最大的，想要达到4G的覆盖程度，还需要很大投入和较长周期。
新京报：在5G服务推出的初期，你认为资费会是什么样的水平？
刘多：资费的情况现在还不是很清楚。5G时代，针对不同的业务需求，提供相应服务，我觉得可能会按照用户不同的需求，出现个性化的收费方式。 新京报记者 马婧 实习生 姜仲瑛 许晨阳

3月6日，张云勇接受新京报记者采访时表示，由于5G使用较高的频率，预计5G站点密度至少为4G的1.5倍，网络投资约为4G的两三倍、将超过2万亿元，运营商面临一定的资金压力。全球在探寻一种模式，通过合作分成的方式，鼓励一些有积极性的民营企业来共建共享共运营。建网不要追求一步到位，优先建设有应用场景、需求特别旺盛的，循序渐进发展。
新京报：很多人都在讲今年是5G的元年，5G将会带来哪些改变？
张云勇：2019年是5G元年，但并不是很快就能达到预期，一般要经过两三年的努力，网络才能逐步优化，终端产业链才能逐渐繁荣，相关的内容和应用才能跟上，实现真正的端、网、应用协同。5G时代，除了我们现在使用的应用外，还有更大的想象空间，有更多的产业机会。
我们一直在说，4G只是网络带宽的改变，5G实际上是产业的变革，甚至会改变社会，会创造新的业态，带来一些新的就业机会。
新京报：你觉得5G什么时候会迎来爆发？
张云勇：我个人感觉需要两年时间，根据过去的经验来讲，元年只是启动，元年启动之后产业链成熟大概需要两年。大家都比较重视5G，尤其政府特别重视，成熟的时间可能会适当缩短一些。但也必须符合基本规律，要先建网，还要建终端、产业链，大概也是需要两年时间。
新京报：有分析说运营商在5G网络部署上面临一定资金压力，今年的政府工作报告又提出了提速降费。运营商该如何平衡这一关系？
张云勇：由于5G使用较高的频率，预计5G站点密度至少为4G的1.5倍，室外基站总数超过600万个，网络投资约为4G的两三倍、将超过2万亿元。另外，4G已部署5年但还未完全收回投资，使得运营商在推进5G网络建设时将面临较大的资金压力。
全球在探寻一种模式，通过合作分成的方式，鼓励一些有积极性的民营企业来共建共享共运营，我觉得这是一个方向。第二个方向是，不要追求一步到位，先建设有应用场景、需求特别旺盛的，循序渐进发展。4G已经是精品网了，上网速度很快，可以满足用户的需求。世界上都是这样做的，中国可能也会朝着这两个方向去发展。
新京报：此前中国移动预测今年首批5G终端价格将在8000元以上。你觉得应该如何降低5G终端的价格？
张云勇：5G时代的终端类型，不仅仅是智能手机，还有各种各样的行业终端。快速降低5G模组成本、加快推动5G行业终端规模发展，将成为加快5G商用需要解决的问题。
