If you know, the money goes back to Singaporeans cos they will use the money to pay Singaporean trainers to conduct the training. Some training done in Singapore so will flow to the local hotels etc.

The money most likely will go to....'nia ma'..opps! Myanmar or Burma, so that we can import busloads of maids, another cheap source & another lucrative source for the people's brokers, until it gets out of hand & Mom will pretend to be good & implement world standards...but after collecting enough money for their kitty first. This time, they will have designer's office table that cost 1K a piece to match their $500 designer's chairs...ha ha ha ha

PM said $50mil, wife from temasek quickly approved. Father said if not enough GIC got plenty to spend. If this whole famiLEE is not in conflict of interest, I wonder who is. In the old days, this familee would be charged and dragged by ISA without trial and locked in for good because Singapore security and threat is compromised.
