Mapok Tan says 5% buys HDB, thats 25,000 PRs, asumming 3 PR per flat, thats 8,333 flats needed just for PR. Mapok Tan was so busy to calculate his salary and dunno how many flats to build.

He said that the 1.3 million FTs do not affect HDB prices. I had wondered aloud in an earlier post if this is because the FTs are living in condos, on trees or on the beach.
That's why these kind of people like Shamugam are not qualified to become Ministers and earn such a high salaries. But I can tell you they make very good politicians with their glib tongue and half-truths.
