Creative technology sound blaster??? That was not some major invention. It was a good product back then but ultimately overtaken by newer inventions and was relegated to a mere passing fad.
Creative tech never became a world class institution under swh. They were swept up by the dot com bubble and subsequently fell into oblivion after the bubble burst and they were unable to come up with new inventions.
Look at apple. That is a world class institution. Its products are consistently getting renewed, ungraded, refurbished, always placed at the top spot in the mind of consumers. That is a real global institution
