Many Christian fail to comprehend of the Bible they are reading, they think they called themselves Christians, they are free from sins or exempted from temptations or have an invisible ring up their heads that will protect them from evil. They fail to understand that Judas sup at the same table as the Lord.

But, we must be careful of people who appears to be doing good for the community...we can never know, what lurks in the hearts & minds..especially those joining the PA, RC etc.. They are there for a purpose...the purpose is to enrich themselves...for PA has many orchards, of Mangoes, Chikus & Durians., etc...which will tempt "Adam" many times over.

Restoration Of A Broken Marriage
Initially, everything seemed to go well in the marriage of Leslie Khoo and Lee Nah. Blessed with a successful business, Leslie became prosperous which allowed them to afford a luxurious lifestyle. However, as he started having more entertainment, his heart for God also shifted. In short, he backslided and stopped attending church altogether. In his relentless search of pleasure and wealth, Leslie got into deeper trouble when he was involved in an extramarital affair.

Before long, with the economic downturn in 2001, tougher market competition and his lack of focus in business, Leslie plunged into financial difficulties. Yet, he continued to put up a false front and indulged in a lifestyle he could ill afford. His debt amounted to $300,000. His relationship with Lee Nah soured up. Soon, even his parents, siblings, relatives and friends began to keep a distance from him. Everything seemed to cave in and Leslie just lazed around at home, stripped of any motivation to work.

When Lee Nah eventually found evidence of his affair, Leslie, who was full of frustration and blinded by the devil, denied. He threatened to harm her and in one of the fights, he even tried to strangle her. Lee Nah was left with no choice but to take legal actions against him. She was granted a Personal Protection Order and an Exclusion Order which kept him out of their condominium she no longer resided in.

Depressed and heartbroken, Lee Nah sought help from her church pastors and professional counselors. Divorce seemed certain. She also attended the Miracle Service. Witnessing numerous miraculous healing of sicknesses, she began to believe that Jesus could heal her marriage too. The fifth time at the service, Lee Nah said a bargaining prayer that she would testify for Him together with Leslie if their marriage were restored. At her tenth Miracle Service, she asked God for forgiveness and received inner healing. She felt a total release and found herself willing to forgive her husband.

Subsequently, their predicament still looked miserable, as there was no improvement in their relationship at all. Even her friends and spiritual leaders in her church urged her to give up. Undaunted, she kept up in prayer. With their problems still unresolved, Leslie returned to the condominium in September 2002 because he was totally broke and desperately needed a place to stay.

In January 2003, one last fight with Lee Nah took Leslie to a police lockup. In the cell all alone, he tried to sleep initially but could not. After five hours, he eventually came to his senses and began to reflect on all his actions that finally landed him in jail. Full of remorse and repentance, he cried out to God to forgive him of all his sins. Shortly after that, he was released from police detention.

Leslie went straight to their house and cleaned up the mess he had made in it. Later that day, when Lee Nah met him at the condominium, Leslie pleaded for forgiveness from her. She forgave him. They prayed together and for the first time in months, they had a long talk.

From then onwards, Leslie's relationship with his parents, siblings, relatives and friends took a positive turn. With prayer, even his ailing business started to pick up. Instead of taking him to court, his major creditor of $200,000 had agreed to pump in another $150,000 in his company. This allowed him to launch out in business again. He also received from another business associate, an investment of $60,000 which he did not even solicit.

In late January 2003, someone stabbed Leslie at his back and left him with a two-inch-deep wound on a Friday. He prayed at the Miracle Service the following day and his wound closed up almost instantly that night. He also received complete healing over his weak gums which had frequently bled over a year.

Through their testimony, two friends received Christ and another two salvaged their troubled marriages. All glory and praise be unto God!

Leslie Khoo is also an ex convict and later on he joined People Association:

Ex-convict returns the good deed

Describing his former self, he says: "I liked to gamble, smoke and drink, and committed adultery.

PA & PAP RC fellowship has no lack of such calibre. It is no wonder the 2 PAP MPs (David Ong and Michael Palmer) cannot resist adultery too.

S'porean man accused of killing 31-year-old engineer who was reported missing last week

After 31-year-old engineer Cui Yajie failed to turn up for work for two days straight, worried colleagues at semiconductor firm MediaTek lodged a missing person report last Thursday and even took to social media to appeal for information.

But she was already dead.

On Wednesday night, the police found her decomposed remains in a forested area in Lim Chu Kang. They were led to the grisly scene by 48-year-old Leslie Khoo Kwee Hock, who works at a laundry business.

He showed little emotion in court yesterday when he was charged with the murder of Ms Cui, a Chinese national from Tianjin who graduated from the University of Southampton in Britain. The Singaporean was accused of killing her between 8am and 10.11am at Gardens by the Bay East in Marina Bay last Tuesday, a day after she went missing.

Clad in a dark blue polo T-shirt, Khoo, who faces the death penalty, did not enter a plea.

Ms Cui was last seen at Fusionopolis Walk in Buona Vista at about 9.15pm last Monday, close to where her firm is located. She had stayed back to work that night. But she never returned home.

The police managed to establish Khoo's identity on Wednesday and he led them to Lim Chu Kang Lane 8 later that night. By 8pm, the area was cordoned off as officers carrying flashlights worked to recover evidence. A forensics team from the Health Sciences Authority joined them later.

Yesterday morning, about 20 Gurkha officers and the police's dog unit combed an area about 2km wide looking for the rest of her remains, said Chinese newspaper Shin Min Daily News. Investigations at the scene, located near several dairy farms, ended at around 5.30pm. The police were seen taking away a part of an abandoned truck.

Ms Cui was described as a cheerful and warm person who made friends easily, by those who knew her. She was said to be active in the Chinese expatriate community here.

Khoo, meanwhile, had been held up as a role model for former prisoners. A 2012 report by The New Paper revealed how Khoo and his wife had volunteered to deliver Christmas hampers to the families of inmates, after his release from prison that year.

District Judge Christopher Goh granted the police prosecutor's request to remand the suspect for a week, with permission to take him out to assist in investigations.

There have been four other unnatural deaths in the last two weeks. On July 13, a 55-year-old man was allegedly murdered in a Boat Quay pub. Two days before, a 42-year-old man died after being stabbed outside a Jalan Besar pub. On July 9, two men were found dead, one in Geylang Lorong 23, another at Yishun Block 279. Arrests were made in all but the Jalan Besar case.

Yesterday, Deputy Commissioner of Police for investigations and intelligence Tan Chye Hee, highlighting the recent spate of incidents, said offenders will be tracked down and "face the full brunt of the law".
