A resident claimed she saw 4 police vehicles parked at the car park! All 4 attending to the same case or many cases in Yishun ave 6 . How many officers and how many cars are needed to apprehend and arrest a drunk woman?

This reminds me of an occasion last year when I saw 4 police cars in a school car park. Must have been big time robbery!
